Tim graduated from Russell High School and earned a bachelor of science degree in journalism from Ohio University.
He entered the insurance industry in 1991 and earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1998. Tim joined Ron LeMaster Insurance in 1996 and works primarily with commercial insurance.
He and his wife, Ruth, reside in South Shore, KY and have four children and one grandchild. Tim is a long-suffering UK football fan.
